Important: Refunds are not available once you've accessed more than 30% of your program materials or after completing any certification assessments. This ensures fairness to all participants and maintains program integrity.

What's Not Covered

Certain situations fall outside our refund policy. We cannot process refunds for programs where certificates have been issued, downloadable materials have been accessed extensively, or where completion rates exceed our policy limits.

Changes in personal financial circumstances, career direction, or learning preferences after substantial program engagement don't typically qualify for refunds. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before enrolling.

Corporate enrollments and bulk program purchases are subject to separate agreements and may have different refund terms outlined in your corporate contract.
